About This Release
Swedish artist Sassa releases One More, an album led by the focus track “Voodoo”. The song builds a dark and theatrical atmosphere around piano, violin and vocal tension, turning political frustration into a sharp chamber pop statement. Its memorable melody, instrumental pauses and polished sound design give the track both intimacy and pressure, with each element placed carefully inside the mix.
One More follows “Crossing Lines” and “Eagles” and continues Sassa’s movement toward a more defined emotional and sonic identity. Known for introspective writing and delicate yet powerful arrangements, Sassa uses the album format to hold themes of control, heartbreak, solitude and self-reflection in one body of work. The release also includes a cover of Europe’s “The Final Countdown”, reframed within her piano, violin and vocal-led sound.
The album is supported by canvas visuals for all tracks on Spotify, with photography by Lukovnikov Photo, and forms part of a wider release plan that continues with “Mannen I Den Vita Hatten”. For Sassa, One More marks a focused step in presenting her chamber pop and baroque pop direction to listeners in Sweden, Spain and beyond.
