STR33TLIGHT returns with “Little Girl”, an energetic punk single that pairs bright, driving instrumentation with a lyric shaped by memory, loss and closeness. Built from guitars, bass, drums, ukulele, trumpet and trombone, the track carries the urgency of skate punk while giving the vocal enough space to hold its emotional center.
Following “Neon Graffiti”, “Little Girl” continues STR33TLIGHT’s run of singles leading toward “Burn This City Down”. The North Carolina-based artist’s Neon Punk identity blends punk, ska-influenced brass and electronic-minded energy, but this release also highlights the more tender side of his songwriting.
