Schmitty releases “Diagnosis” on February 27, 2026 via Rexius Records. Framed in pop rap and emo rap, the single starts in a carefree, intoxicated rush, then pivots as a sudden brain diagnosis turns confidence into fear, doubt and survival.

Written by Connor Schmitt with co-producers Isaac Holmes and IOF, “Diagnosis” pairs an emotionally direct vocal with lyrics that are easy to relate to, moving from partying to the hard questions that follow a health scare. It is the third single in Schmitty’s current run, following “Lead With A Smile” and “Flowers”, and leading into “Olly Oxen Free” and the EP Schmitt-sanity.
