Towards a Remedy

Towards a Remedy

ARSADI – “Towards a Remedy”
Out via Rexius Records September 26 – Waterfall release with “Closer”

Uppsala’s ARSADI return with “Towards a Remedy,” a widescreen slice of Swedish indie rock that marries lyrical introspection with an anthemic, open-road rush. Built on shimmering synths, luminous guitars and a pulsing rhythm section, the track captures a late-night drive up the E4—searching, steady, and ultimately cathartic.

Frontman Anthony Bachtiar and Nils Öberg sketch the scene in vivid detail: violet skies over spruce forests, gravel roads that slow time, and a quiet conviction that resilience is learned, not given. The refrain—“Sometimes down is the way to the top”—lands like a mantra, turning private doubt into a communal sing-along.

Produced by ARSADI alongside Christoffer Parning Finnson, mixed by Finnson and mastered by Jacob Alberts, “Towards a Remedy” channels the band’s signature blend: literate, emotionally honest songwriting framed by textured, arena-leaning sonics. Malkolm Bonander’s drums drive the song’s forward motion while Ida Bachtiar’s harmonies add warmth to the widescreen chorus.

“Towards a Remedy” continues ARSADI’s waterfall rollout following the first single “Closer,” with the next chapter “Neon Moonlight” on the horizon. It’s a statement of intent from a band that balances thoughtfulness with play—the sage’s eye for detail, the crowd’s love for release.

For fans of DeporteesShout Out LoudsParcelsKarakou and the melodic expansiveness of modern indie pop/rock, ARSADI offer a generous, big-hearted anthem built for late-night highways and festival fields alike.
