Foolish Things

Foolish Things

With “Foolish Things,” Jeff Michaels Band releases a piano-led rock single filled with longing, memory and the kind of emotional clarity that lingers long after the song ends. Framed by images of Sunset Boulevard, Malibu nights, desert highways and fading promises, the track captures the afterglow of love and the stubborn power of what remains when time has moved on. Built on warm instrumentation, vivid storytelling and a soaring chorus, “Foolish Things” draws from heartland rock and folk-rock traditions while carrying a personal, cinematic weight.

Led by singer-songwriter Jeff Michaels, the project continues a long-running commitment to lyric-driven music that values craft, sincerity and human feeling over trend-chasing. Produced and mixed by Scott Barkan, and mastered by John Cuniberti, the single also continues the rollout toward the upcoming album Luckiest By Far. As the third single from the campaign, “Foolish Things” deepens the emotional world of the release and highlights Jeff Michaels Band’s strength for pairing open-hearted songwriting with timeless band-driven arrangements.
