Joacim Karlsson is a Swedish singer-songwriter who creates music with sincerity and passion. Inspired by artists like Ed Sheeran, James Bay, and Thomas Stenström, his songs take listeners on an emotional and introspective journey.

Growing up on a farm in Västerbotten, Sweden, Joacim’s path to music was as unconventional as it was inspiring. His early years were dedicated to football and rural work. It wasn’t until his late 20s, while studying economics at university, that a chance moment revealed his vocal talent when a musician friend heard him sing along to one of his favorite songs. Encouraged by this unexpected discovery, he began performing at local student pubs, overcoming his initial shyness and building his stage presence.

Joacim soon began exploring his voice as a songwriter, gradually honing his musical skills and channeling his reflections into heartfelt lyrics. Singing—his greatest passion—became the foundation of his creative process, inspiring songs that merge raw vulnerability with a timeless love for storytelling.

Joacim’s lyrics draw from personal experiences, exploring themes of love, life’s simple moments, and reflections on past events or imagined futures. Since his 2023 debut, Joacim Karlsson has released various singles. In 2024, he signed with Rexius Records, embarking on a new stage in his career. Together, they are set to share more of his heartfelt, introspective music with the world.
